TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR BILL & HOLLY’S WEDDING

Dear Wedding guests,

Thank you for contacting Travel By Us Vacations! We are honored to have been selected by Bill & Holly to help coordinate all resort accommodations for this great event! This special wedding will take place March 29th, 2025 on the beach at the beautiful Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau, Bahamas.

ROOMS & BOOKING

For this wedding we have initially reserved 17 rooms total with two different room types.. each with a 3 night stay (March 27th-30th 2025).

Holly & Bill would like to have all guests on site no later than March 27, 2025. All bookings need to go directly through Travel By Us Vacations (not SANDALS).

The two different room types are listed below: Feel free to click the SANDALS link to see pictures and descriptions of each.

You may stay in one of the chosen rooms to help keep all guests together, however we can work with each of you individually on any requests. If you prefer a different room type or are planning to extend your stay, that’s not a problem, we will just need to work with SANDALS on availability.

FYI- These chosen rooms already have a group discount applied to the price vs their standard room rates! These rooms will be on a first come basis.

Total Room Price for 3 nights =$2603.43 (Airfare not included)

East Bay Ocean View Luxury (GL)(13)

Total Room Price for 3 nights = $2730.60 (Airfare not included)

*Other options are available, just not on the group rate.

FLIGHTS & TRANSPORTATION:

Flights to Nassau (NAS) are at your own discretion. If you need assistance with air, then Travel By Us Vacations will be glad to help you out. FYI-All Flights will need to be paid in full at the time of booking. Transportation to and from the airport to the Resort will already be setup. We just ask that you share your flight information at least 1 week prior to arrival. Airport: Nassau Bahamas (NAS)

DEPOSIT:

We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to save your room. The final balance will be due in full no later than December 16th. If you would like to pay as you go, we can also accommodate for this as well.

OUTSIDE EXCURSIONS:

Outside excursions are available and we can share that information as well.
