Bill and I met in Panama City Beach, Florida in the early 90's and hit it off immediately. Bill's big personality and infectious charm won me over right away and I couldn't wait to see him again. We spent a good bit of time together, and always had a ton of fun. Our chemistry was amazing, but our timing was off and so we eventually drifted apart. I graduated from college, Bill started his own business and our paths never crossed again. As it turns out, we lived in the same town for 30 years and never saw each other in all of that time. Meanwhile, I became a mother to my four beautiful children (who are my greatest source of pride and joy). Bill also became a father and grandfather!

In March of 2021, Bill and I ran into each other and he offered to come and meet me at a Callaway restaurant that same night. I remember telling him that I didn't think that very night was possible, but he convinced me to say yes. So many things fell into place and we quickly realized that this was a perfect fit. We were both immediately at ease as if no time had even passed. From that moment on, we have been in a whirlwind of making memories and making up for lost time. We truly just love being together.

We both feel so blessed that we got a second chance to get it right. We have spent the last few years building a beautiful life sharing time between our two homes in Pine Mountain and Coastal Georgia. We have been busy making new friends, getting acclimated to our surroundings and learning more about each other. We spend lots of time traveling, biking, exercising, cooking, boating, playing with our dog Tybee, and making memories with our kids. We also spend many hours laughing together which may be our favorite thing of all.

In August of 2023, Bill proposed to me in a beautiful setting on the beach in Jamacia. We could not have been happier. We met at the beach, live at the beach, and got engaged on a beach so we felt the beach was the obvious wedding venue.

We are so excited to share the joy of our upcoming marriage with all of our family and friends and to enjoy this precious gift from God. Thank you to each person reading this for touching our lives. We can't wait to celebrate our love with you.
